Girls in Woods delves deep into the manosphere, the online culture where extreme forms of masculinity are promoted. From aesthetic morning routines to Andrew Tate, tradwives, and pick-up artists,
Eight young performers invite you to the stage of PAARD. With genuine curiosity, they explore the allure of this world live on stage, from a mostly female perspective. What does the manosphere offer? Freedom, control, and security for men in a time of uncertainty? And what happens when they themselves delve deeper into this world and expose its extreme, fatal consequences?
Project Manosphere is both a deep dive and a cry for help. Can we imagine new forms of masculinity where women, queer people and people of color can finally be free and safe?
